Overview
I am running VMware 5.0U1 Enterprise Plus Edition, the main reason for this version is the Symantec backup exec V-Ray edition 2012 does not support anything higher, when this get released I will post the details.
26/7/2013 Symantec are now supporting the Backup exec 2012 and VMware 5.1U1 this requires Backupexec 2012 SP2.

Problems & Resolutions
MS SQL server left in Full Recovery Mode if backups aren't integrated the server will fill up and can corrupt the database, either configure the backups to truncate the logs or run in Simple Recovery Mode.
In my vCentre Server I am getting the tomcat6.exe processes consuming lots of RAM and it is slowing vCentre down,
